4.    Select Hillsborough County Off Map

5.    Select Special Districts : Hillsborough Soil & Water Conservation District ,  select Submitted AFR Docs by                 year at the bottom of the page

6. To access the reports needed: Select the AFR Year and download the applicable reports from the available                report listings.
